BEST 30 minute high intensity jump rope workout to burn FAT at home. Grab you weighted jump rope and dumbbells for this intense but FUN workout jumping rope. This home workout has 5 circuits; 5 minutes each with a 1 minute rest in-between. New exercises each circuit to give this a full body workout. :-)

Each circuit will look like this;

*1 min weighted exercise

1 min REST repeat 5x

For more intensity add a weighted jump rope and heavier weights. For beginner to intermediate you can use a regular jump rope and light to no weights at all.
