30 min Jump Rope HIIT workout at home

Come have some fun and burn major calories with this Full body 30 min jump rope workout to burn fat and tone your muscles with bodyweight exercises. We will be alternating between 1 min of jumping rope and 30 sec explosive bodyweight exercises. To add intensity and a higher calorie burn we will be using Gratitude ropes 3 in 1 rope set.
