The best full body workout at home for weight loss using a jump rope. This is a 25 min jump rope HIIT workout that will burn fat and tone your body. Jumping rope is one of the most efficient ways to burn fat and build muscle anywhere, anytime. Jumping rope burns more calories per minute than jogging and if you add in a weighted jump rope you’ll burn even more.
For best results, do this jump rope workout consistently 3x per week. Skip any of these exercises that do not feel safe for you and instead focus on the ones that you feel are benefitting you the most.
