👨🏻‍🦰Head- gaze fixed to the horizon, neck relaxed⁣

👤Shoulders- relaxed and loose⁣

💪🏻Elbows- behind plane of body, close to rib cage, 90 degree-ish bend⁣

✋🏽Hands- firm but loose grip, small rotations with your wrists⁣

🧍🏽‍♂️Hips- in line with toes, glutes slightly squeezed⁣

🦵🏽Knees- slightly bent absorbing the impact upon landing⁣

👣Feet- jumping on the balls of your feet 1-2 inches off the ground⁣
